This is a petition about unequality in serving justice and police corruption involving Fremont Police Department (FPD).

Watch others of vandalism to my home inside and outside and animal cruelty to my rescues. Many got killed, see some's tragic pictures, and I suspect Brent Hanna and his roommates and their accomplices to be involved in it and FPD and FBI to be instigating the crimes and gang stalking against me.

On or about August 11, 2024 day time when I was finding and repairing more vandalism to my fence and gate out front of my home, my neighbor Brent Hanna, around 25 years, drove up to his driveway. To avoid this nuisance guy who had harassed, verbally abused and actually threatened me twice at least, in May and June 2024, to beat me, someone half his built and  more than double his age old enough to be his father or uncle, up I went inside my home to avoid his abuse and next attack of some sort.  Once he entered his home, I came back out and returned to continue repairing my vandalized fence. Brent opened his front door and started talking to me accusing me of having threatened him one morning.  I recalled of no such incidence and puzzled by his accusation felt he was again trying to "instigate" or stir things up with me as he had done like this a few times before. I quickly grabbed my phone and started filming his instigation and that is where my video evidence starts. I needed to get his lies on film as he had denied threatening, trespassing and tampering with my alarm system that I had witnessed before. Note he had his phone with him but he did not want to document his bully approach with me. Think if I had supposedly "threatened" him like he falsely claimed wouldn't he have argued with me that day and not days later?

He kept pressing on his bogus claim without any details or presenting any video or audio to back it up.  He claimed earlier he had it on video yet he never pulled the footage to back up his nonsense. He was lying but calling me a liar. Anyway, then Brent tried to jump to another vague accusation why I was banging on my walls one night. He gave zero details on that too. However, I had nailed my curtain on a window with merely 2 nails that took seconds I did recall one evening. He did not specify if he meant that day or how around 5 seconds of nailing bothered him when his and my windows were shut. He had a Birthday party at his home till 2am in July 2024 with loud music and I never called police to enforce 10pm noise ordinance. Look at this bully, he came out to just start some altercation with me and was just bouncing around throwing claims he could not support with facts or details. I knew he was talking nonsense again so I brought up the real issue asking him who was vandalizing my fence everyday.  He admitted to and pointed to having a camera in view of my front fence next to my and his front doors and it having its audio and video on. How come then my fence and home was getting vandalized "daily" and he never said his camera showed someone doing it. Why a neighbor not be neighborly share about such crime right and tell police always that there was no footage when his Ring doorbell camera covers my front door few feet away and records my activity on my premises as he admitted.  He then tried to shrug it off so I finally put it to him asking first why he was vandalizing my fence and I genuinely wanted to know his cause behind it. He and his brother Stephen Hanna had boyj harassed me and even my elderly sick mother to "move".  These people are tenants and I have lived at our home for some 30 years. Since they moved in 2021, I have had nightmarish crime spree against me.  I smell drugs smell outpouring from their home and their yard looks blighth all the time, see grown weeds in his side of yard in the back. He abused me instead; calling me an idiot. Obviously his parents never raised him well. I did not abuse him back still.  Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I asked him to share the footage then who else was coming to my property trespassing and vandalizing it. It was my earnest attempt to give him another chance to prove me mistaken.

Brent looked at his phone and said he was pulling it up to show it to me.  I had given him details of the day and a time period to look up to clear the issue that it is not him or his roommates or anybody coming to their home. This cunning guy looks at me from the corner of his eyes to see if I was watching him and he knew within him that he had no real intention to show it to me because I know he knows it is either him doing it or his roommates or knows and sees who does it. Look at his one photos walking smirking over to me while him having intention to hit and rob me, total sociopath personality he is. No wonder he could allegedly kill my tiny rescues brutally.

Then as I was clearing my throat and was polite to say "excuse me", he verbally abused me again telling me to "shut the fuck up". Did he have any say in trying silencing my freedom of speech? No! Finally, I had enough of this abuser's drama, attacks and insults so I gave it to him in his own uttered words at me first as seen in this video.

Tyrants and bullies get crazy when one stands upto them.  He could not handle it, trespassed to my property, hit me and snatched my phone, put me in a arm choke and kept hurting me and not letting me go. My hand, neck, arm, foot and leg were messed up by this attack. My shoulder and ankle got screwed. I scuffled to be freed from him and managed and he still had my phone. I told him I did not want to assault him (back). I had the right to in self defense. I tried to ask to return it and he didn't and started running away with it so I went to grab it back from him and he did not give it still and he either threw it or it fell on the ground. He still took it quickly. He fled towards his front door and opened it to enter where his co-conspirator roommate alleged hacker and gang stalker guy was standing near the glass window listening and watching all that unfold yet never showing decency to step in to stop Brent or call 911.  Brent kept my phone and I kept asking him to return it.  Finally, his roommate told him a few times to give it back. I took it and came away from him and I called 911.

Fremont Police Department dispatchers ususally are suppose to ask the caller or reporting party what the suspect looks like, person's gender, race, height, hair and eye color and what all suspect wore. They ask what date, time and place it happened and what if any vehicle was involved, its plate number and where suspect was or went. To be as ineffective as they could be, the dispatcher did not try to ask me most of these basic things.  FPD dispatchers are awful literally. They talk rudely, are uncaring and have hung up on many of my calls to them just trying to report crimes. When I ordered those 911 calls audio recordings, FPD's corrupt Captain Matthew Snelson failed to give it hiding their wrongs. He is being sued by me and is behind my being targetted.

FPD sent many marked vehicles and officers than one or two for this type of an incident and were doing it to intimidate me rather than be helpful I was clear based on their failure to reallly want to invesigate the incident seriously.  Then, FPD claims they are short staffed. The FPD circus parked there and hid behind my garage to come and see me as if I posed some "danger" to them. They freely walked upto Brent's home and politely started talking to him and his roommate like they were buddies already. That set my red flags up. I have belief Brent Hanna's cameras are live streamed by FPD and FBI as registered community cameras with FPD so they had to have seen our altercation live and still pretended to not know what went on. In July 2024, a FPD cop told me that he had seen footage from Brent Hanna's camera even before arriving at the scene. My SUV's windshield was broken that time on my driveway overnight and I suspected Brent Hanna and/or his roommates having done that crime too. I had just written to my HOA about them being my suspects in crimes against me and then my SUV's windshield got vandalized and it and another car got vandalized on same day on my driveway. FPD never investigated it to ask my neighbors for any cameras footage.

Immediately as I began describing the robbery and assault, battery and trespassing of Brent Hanna to FPD Officer Tsai and others, they were not trying to hear me. Officer Tsai said I had not given him any "evidence" so he could not do anything and in less than 5 minutes of talking to me began to leave with his circus team. He knew Brent's roommate witnessed the crime and still had the nerve to incompetently claim there was no evidence for him to proceed. Is it my job to give evidence to the police or theirs to investigate and gather it? President Trump got shot. Did police asked him to give them the evidence you think or they went and investigated that murder attempt? Talk about FPD proving their bias against me to never want to do the ethical and fair thing by me as a victim of crime. 

I told him I had a video evidence of it and still he left me and went over to Brent.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I played the video for two other officers for them to have it on their body cams. I showed them evidence of extreme daily vandalism all over my home and none of these corrupt officers were really wanting to see it. I reported that I suspected Brent and his roommates of having done many crimes against me for months where he had made crimimal threats to beat me repeatedly in May and June 2024 and my mother witnessed one incidence in May 2024.  June 2024 crimimal threats of Brent was video recorded by me. Brent's security cameras and neighbors' were there and might have covered his crimes, yet Tsai did not want to look into it at all. Brent never wanted to share his cameras' footage with me and FPD was choosing to not get that evidence before or in August 2024 visit to connect the dots. FPD Officers did not arrest Brent Hanna and I cannot understand why when his roommate eye witnessed his attack too, unless he lied to the police. Tsai was/is so unethical and corrupt that he left there with his team of unethical officers.  They failed to share information on Marsy's Law about California Victims' Rights.

For weeks, Tsai failed to report the crime to Alameda County District Attorney (ACDA). He did not even want to until I contacted FPD Internal Affairs and City officials sharing this video. In September 2024, I had to walk into Fremont Hall of Justice to the DA's office to find out they had just gotten FPD's report on it and they were looking into it. FPD failed to honor my victims rights to even reply my calls and emails about this case.

Weeks turned to months and Brent Hanna was not charged.  During that period, daily my home got vandalized, invaded and my animals got poisoned till today, March 30, 2025.

In these past months, I got beaten in my sleep by being drugged to an unconscious state and have lifelong walking issues. All this could have been avoided had FPD investigated the case properly and given this video and Brent's own Ring camera's to the District Attorney's Office. Then, Ms. Pamela Price was the DA. I went to her office in Oakland because Fremont Office's Deputy District Attorney Ms. Erin Kingsbury never called me back to update me why Brent was not charged. I must have made 50+ calls to Alameda County District Attorney's Office and they ignored my calls talk about mistreating my rights as a victim.  Is that legal even?  I looked up and called DA's victim program when I finally learned from a staff that Ms. Kingsbury did not chose to charge him for an "assault" only for "lack of evidence". FPD Officer under reported Brent's actual crimes I presume. More shocking news was Officer Tsai put me in that report as victim-defendant for "disturbing the peace".  I thought how the heck he figured that. I knew right away I was being set up by FPD badge wearing criminals. I reached out to corrupt amd dishonest Officer Tsai to get a copy of my police report and find out how he could try to stick that bogus charge on me after seeing my video.  He totally failed to revert to me and everyone at FPD, City and DA's office also.  This is how they attempted to not charge Brent by trying to pin a farce claim on me and DDA playing games as if we both got benefitted by no charges being filed on me neither. I disturbed peace here how, tell me after watching the video. FPD defamed me to DDA by making up a charge against me that had no facts behind it.  DDA Kingsbury  did not charge us either but I committed no crime but Brent Hanna did. He got favored by former DA's office since I believe they he was/is working for the government as their spy and snitch dlinr gang stalker. Do you think it is fair of DDA to not charge Brent Hanna?

My prime suspects in these crimes against me are Brent Hanna, Stephen Hanna his IT (allegedly hacker) brother and his two roommates (alleged hackers and gang stalkers) and the law enforcement.  His brother and one another roommate stay home all day and do not go to work. Everytime their door opens I smell overwhelming odor of drugs.  Brent and his one other roommate do not leave for work if I have not slept till 6am or 9am or 11am and have stayed up to avoid my home invaders from coming in.  Why that happens every time? I do not believe in repeated coincidences. Whenever I fell asleep, intruders came in nonetheless during broad day light too and Brent Hanna had not gone to work that day.  Drug habits require money. Stealing and selling my property to support a drugs habit and giving my stolen evidence to FPD for money seem to be happening here I think.  How can someone drive in and do that from afar without being seen and how can Brent's own cameras never have any footage  I have noticed that even if I went for a walk around my neighborhood for 10 minutes, I came home to have something or the other stolen, moved or messed up. It is through long time and repeated incidences I have come to think that my neighbors are my suspects. Brent and Stephen both have told me and my parent to "move".  But this harassment tactic is not their stragegy but is FPD's I know actually because they want me to relocate so I cannot pursue my civil rights lawsuit against FPD. In it named defendants are its Chief Sean Washington, Captain Matthew Snelson, Tri City Animal Shelter's Manager Kelly Miott, Deputy City Attorney Bronwen Lacey, Code Enforcement's Manager David Wade and Code Enforcement staff Israel Vazquez Comonfort among others.

These FPD and City of Fremont's corrupt officials are the reason I became gang stalked by Brent Hanna and others. That is why Brent came starting that argument because few days prior to it I had visited City Hall and had ordered certain records that worried FPD and others at City that if they provided it to me, my evidence against them will become stronger.

In retrospect, I realized why Brent Hanna came out spewing baseless accusations that day. I believe it was to provoke me in an altercation with him so somehow he could get me arreated and that way FPD can get ride of me and my lawsuit.

It did not work since I recorded the incidence. FPD did not arrest Brent Hanna with more than enough probable cause evidence that he committed attack on me and robbed me. It is not an assault "misdeameanor" that corrupt FPD reported to the DA.  It was a broadday robbery, assault and battery with injury, trespassing and fleeing the scene of a crime. I do believe he had done the vandalism to my fence and home and home invasion again overnight that day too. If FPD had done investigation, taken fingerprints and brought a K9 to the scene, dog would have led them to Brent Hanna's home direction I have no doubt. Ask yourselves on how less you have seen police arrest others for especially some people of color. You should wonder why then with this video evidence Brent Hanna is roaming freely and is allegedly preying on me still daily.

Call and email Alameda County District Attorney new Ms. Ursula Jones Dickson urging her to bring charges against Brent Hanna and prosecute him according to the laws.
