I just wanted to provide a quick update.
While signatures have slowed down with summer underway, I recently reached out to BSD as communication had gone quiet and it felt like this issue was being pushed aside.
I was informed that there will be no movement on the Review Panel until the fall, when everyone has returned to work. While this is disappointing, it’s unfortunately not unexpected.
In the meantime, we can’t let the conversation lose momentum. We need more parents to step forward and have their voices heard. If you have a story to share, concerns about your child’s experience, or thoughts on why change is needed, please consider emailing BSD.
Real change happens when people come together and speak up. Every email, every story, and every voice helps demonstrate the importance and urgency of addressing these concerns.
