Truck hauling pigs overturned

A truck overturned on I-45 South Dallas. The pigs escaped onto the highway. The scared pigs were kicked and hit and forced back into confinement. They were traumatized and were treated as if they were the problem. This is because they are regarded as products and nothing more. This is an example of why we need to get them protection under the law. I have contacted the Congressman’s staff, and I will continue to. I know that our numbers are our strength.
