We are so close to achieving the next milestone - 1,500 signatures! Help by making a contribution on GoFundMe https://gofund.me/127cdc35

Every bit helps, you may have seen our ad on the Beach Metro website, right next to Councillor Bradford! We need your help to keep the momentum going.

In the August 24th issue of the Beach Metro News, Councillor Bradford accuses “a small but vocal minority” of spreading “lazy half truths” about the proposed 18-storey development in the Beach.  Yep, we are local and vocal, and we've just gotten started.  We Love the Beach. We are proud to protect it from greedy developers and their political enablers.

As for "half truths" everyone knows that politicians never ever bend the truth, nope, never. Wink.

Nearly 1,400 people have joined the chorus and are singing out to save Queen Street from an 18-storey tower (20 stories including mechanical).  If this building is approved, it will destroy the Beach Urban Design Guidelines which protect our Beach village vibe from developers who want to build high-rises and skyscrapers for maximum profits.

Be local.  Be vocal.  Now is the time to Fight the Height. 6-storeys is the maximum height allowed on Queen.

Say Yes to affordable, but no to Skyscrapers!  Help by making a contribution on GoFundMe https://gofund.me/127cdc35
