Councillor Bradford wants you to think that this 18-storey proposal is a one-off unique situation. They want to be able to justify a taller building because of the depth of the lot.

Did they not look immediately to the east and west? The Beach Cinemas? What precedent will 18-stories set for when they redevelop the TCHC building at 1080 Eastern? Or the massive City owned Green P lot in the park?
