Coles and Woolworths currently use Wilson Security to provide security guards for a number of their stores throughout Australia. Wilson Security are responsible for appalling human rights abuses on both Manus Island and Nauru Detention Centres, including allegations of a guard allegedly grabbing a boy and threatening to kill him, another guard allegedly slapping a child in the face, an incident where a guard admitted throwing rocks at a group of children and subsequently allegedly injuring a 5 year old child, and Wilson Security paying a guard to keep quiet about an alleged sexual assault of a local Manus Island worker.

These abhorrent abuses of basic human rights show that Wilson Security is not a company most people, or other businesses would want associated with their brand. We ask that Woolworths and Coles cease using the services of Wilson Security, so they are not supporting a company that has committed so many unethical, immoral and illegal abuses and acts.
