Submitting Public Comments - Washington Bears

Hi all,

We found out that trophy hunters submit comments repeatedly to manipulate the outcome, some 10-30 times unchecked. There is no oversight, so please feel free to submit a comment as often as you want. 
In the end the amount of comments matters.
Please be professional. "I oppose the Spring Bear Hunt" suffices.
