Sep 2, 2014 — Dog dragging cases happen all the time in South Korea but only few cases get photographed or video recorded. This is one of those cases and it happened on May 16, 2014. This type of horrendous abuse of companion animals will not end until South Korea enact a law to ban dog and cat meat consumption.
