This is the worst of all the five dog farms I filed. It's been more than half a year fighting. The owner promised the city official that he will close down by end of 2014. He became so outraged when he was faced with a fine notice last November. Negotiation was on going for a while for compensation for surrendering the dogs to me, then he stopped responding. There were signs about getting ready to close the business then. The latest news was he paid the fine of USD $5,000 charged under the livestock management law. Now he wants to continue until he makes that money back he paid. Feeling helpless and hopeless, there is nothing much one can do further under the law but keep filing complaints again and again to put more pressure on him. There used to be 180 dogs but now about 80 dogs and 40 pups. I am moving forward with campaign educating/warning the dog eaters. This is more urgent and more important than anything, as you all know no demand means no business.

Please help in the important work of bringing awareness of the barbaric South Korean dog meat industry by sending emails to the South Korean National Assembly Members. All the work has been done for you, all email addresses are provided and a sample letter has been written. It will take just a few minutes to help with such important work. (Click here for undercover video of a dog farm/slaughterhouse in Daegu, South Korea: http://youtu.be/mpjZ8dWUuj0)
There are hundreds of National Assembly Members, Chairmen of this, Chairwomen of that, Ph.D. of this, Ph.D. of that, Committee Leaders of all kinds of committee. The list of titles is endless in the South Korean government, but not one voice is speaking out against the horrendous dog meat cruelty and nightmarish brutality and violence perpetrated against these helpless companion animals.
It’s almost beyond belief that these kind looking and highly educated people can be so indifferent in the face of such viciousness.
Silence means indifference. Today, please be the voice for the dogs of the South Korean meat trade. Please send these emails to the National Assembly Members of the two major political parties in South Korea – the Saenuri and Democratic parties. Thank you!
