Boycott Corporations, Media, and Influencers Fueling Hate, Extremism, and the MAGA Agenda

The Issue

For the almost a decade, we have witnessed a troubling rise in hate, division, and extremism, fueled in part by corporations, media outlets, and influencers who have openly or tacitly supported the MAGA agenda. This movement has done more than promote a political stance—it has deepened societal fractures, normalized hate speech, and emboldened extremist behaviors both online and offline, impacting countless lives across the country.

According to the Pew Research Center, 83% of Americans believe the tone of our political discourse has become increasingly toxic, with many attributing this shift to the divisive rhetoric spread by the MAGA movement (Pew Research Center, 2019).

Data from the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino, revealed that hate crimes in the United States reached a decade-high in 2020, reflecting a concerning correlation with the promotion of divisive ideologies by figures and brands linked to MAGA (CSHE, 2020).

These findings highlight a disturbing trend: certain corporations and influencers are profiting from the spread of misinformation, media bias, and inflammatory rhetoric that fans the flames of division and hatred in our society. By supporting or advertising on platforms that spread these harmful ideologies, these entities are complicit in fostering a climate of fear, bigotry, and hostility that affects us all.

We believe in the power of peaceful protest as a tool for change. Economic protest—boycotting brands, media, and influencers that promote fascism, racism, and hate—is a powerful and peaceful way to hold these corporations accountable. Our collective spending power gives us the ability to send a clear message: we will no longer financially support those who profit from hate and misinformation. By choosing where we spend and withhold our resources, we can create a ripple effect that discourages divisive agendas and promotes accountability.

This boycott isn’t just about taking a stand; it’s about creating connections and building a movement. By joining this initiative, you’re aligning with others who value equality, inclusion, and unity. Together, we can foster a community dedicated to dismantling systems that enable hate and extremism.

When corporations, media outlets, and influencers support harmful ideologies, they degrade the social fabric of our communities. They legitimize divisive rhetoric, and, in doing so, they contribute to a culture that dehumanizes and disenfranchises marginalized groups. As consumers, we have the power to demand better. By withdrawing financial support from these entities, we can urge them to adopt ethical standards, promote unity, and stop endorsing or profiting from hate.

 1. Sign this Petition: Stand with us in holding these corporations accountable and pledging not to support brands that promote division, hate, and extremism.
 2. Engage in Economic Protest: Refuse to purchase products or services from brands that fuel these harmful agendas. Redirect your spending to support businesses that uphold ethical standards and contribute positively to our communities.
 3. Connect with Like-Minded Advocates: Join a growing community of people committed to peaceful protest and positive change. By working together, we can amplify our impact and encourage others to stand with us.
 4. Demand Accountability from Corporations and Media: Encourage companies to pull advertising from platforms that spread disinformation and to stop supporting influencers who fuel hate. Let them know that their customers expect them to uphold values of inclusivity and integrity.

This is our moment to take a stand. By signing this petition, you’re joining a peaceful yet powerful movement that seeks to transform our society for the better. Together, we can hold corporations, media outlets, and influencers accountable, rejecting the spread of hate and division in favor of a future built on respect, equity, and truth. Let’s boycott the brands and platforms that enable the MAGA agenda and work toward a more inclusive, United States of America.
