There are a dozen or so dog farms/slaughterhouses in Yangsan (Gyeongsangnam-do province), South Korea alone. There is yet another “hellhole” dog farm/slaughterhouse located in Junam-dong, Yangsan. The owner of this dog farm/slaughterhouse also operates a dog meat restaurant called “Market Dog Meat Soup” inside the Seochang Market. This place must be very profitable because despite being fined for violations they refuse to close down. They just pay the fines and continue operating their business. The Yangsan government is refusing to enforce all the laws that would close these businesses down permanently.
