The Boy Scouts hired former Kinder Morgan human-resources officer as chief executive as it weighs a possible bankruptcy to cope with sex-abuse lawsuits.

We ask CEO Roger Mosby to speak out and end the policies of gender discrimination, so that young women can earn the Eagle rank, just like any other [Boy] Scout.
