Wes Siller is an Eagle Scout, a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, and a former Assistant Scout Master. Wes refers to himself as an "all-round proponent of one of the greatest outdoors leadership program the world has ever seen: the Boy Scouts of America." Wes states in his article, "speaking last year, BSA National President and AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson stated, 'We have one purpose—develop leaders by teaching them the Scout law. That’s the end game. And I believe very strongly that we're going to have to change if we're going to succeed in that purpose.'” He concludes his piece, "In order to continue to grow as an organization, and in order to continue to best prepare young people to be leaders, the BSA needs to adapt. The time to open membership to everyone is now." Please contact AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson and respectfully ask him to allow all children to participate in all Boy Scout programs. If you are a Scout, a former Scout or a parent of a Scout or a child who has been excluded from Scouting due to gender, email President Stephenson and tell your story. Encourage others to tell their stories. Here are the addresses to use in one email: Randall.Stephenson@scouting.org; pr@scouting.org; myscouting@scouting.org; michael.surbaugh@scouring.org; Charles.Dahlquist@scouting.org.
