The St. Elizabeth Security Guards Who Assaulted Me Must Be Arrested & Charged by Boston PD

The Issue

I walked into the Lobby of St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Brighton, Massachusetts, on Wednesday August 5, 2020, and stopped at the front desk to drop off some papers. The papers were unrelated to a pending lawsuit in Suffolk Superior Court against 8 doctors at St. Elizabeth, the hospital, and Steward Health System on various claims. A remote hearing was scheduled in that case for Thursday August 6, 2020 at 12:00. I did have my hearing the next morning, and the judge gave me leave of court to amend the complaint to add additional claims, based on the new occurrences. She also offered to give me a court order to go measure the driveway and take pictures of the crime scene. She ordered the lawyer for the defendants-doctors and hospital to turn over to me pictures of anything else that I asked for in my discovery.

The papers that I was dropping off centrally consisted of evidence, namely a court order, that shows how the police and psychiatry have been socially engineered and weaponized as part of the institutionalization of Americans, alongside jails and prison. I had one set of the same papers for the Brighton police. I intend to keep going after these harmful hybrid systems and their sub-parts until they are fundamentally reformed.

I stopped at the front desk and was telling the young Black girl, about one of my daughters' age, in attendance what the papers were and who they should go to, when I was confronted by a woman who told me to stop bothering the girl. Within seconds, the woman escalated the situation by saying, "You're trespassing."

Before I knew what was going on, 3 men arrived and grabbed me and dragged me from the lobby all the way down the hospital's long and sloppy driveway (See picture above), dropping me several times along the way. By the time the police arrived, my foot was broken in several places. Even though I managed to break loose, using my limited martial arts skills from my orange belt and my extensive yoga ability, it was too late. There were too many male assailants and the attack took place over too long a distance. The damage was already done.

At the Brighton police station, which faces the hospital, a young police officer took a report immediately following the incident, and a Boston police detective contacted me on Friday. I talked to the detective over the phone after I returned from Massachusetts General Hospital, where they discovered the full extent of the injuries the 4 attackers inflicted upon me. Several rounds of X-rays and imagining show two major breaks in the mid-food and in my ankle, with injury to the Tibia Fibula. In addition, there are multiple other breaks and small bones fractures throughout the foot, laceration and cuts all over both my knees and legs, as well as some bruising of my ribs, and shoulder sprain.
