Petition closing tomorrow and going to Council for meeting Monday. Last chance to get more sign-ups

We are advised that Boroondara Council is not for changing at this time, so we are presenting the petition and asking for a deputation at the meeting 6:30 this coming Monday 24th October, in order to put the matter before them publicly and give supportive Councillors the opportunity to ask questions of us there.  Here is a link to the meeting agenda and location. 

So this is a last chance to get more signatures. Please distribute this today to your friends who may have not yet signed.

We'll let you know what transpires. Rest assured that this will not be the end of the matter. We will most certainly take it up again next year, including with State MPs to seek to have the State regulations more fit for purpose in the climate emergency we all face.
