This week the Cabinet Office announced they are going to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money on a judicial review against the Covid Inquiry which THEY set up, to try and stop them from accessing critical evidence, such as Boris Johnsons’s personal WhatsApp messages and diaries.

The government’s own ministers admit they will almost certainly lose the judicial review. It’s absolutely obscene.

Back in April 2020, we put aside our grief and threw everything we could into campaigning for this public Inquiry that would have access to all of the facts, so that lessons could be learned and lives saved in future pandemics. We did this to prevent others from experiencing the horrific loss that we have.

So why are the Cabinet Office trying to stop that from happening?

Once again, it seems that the government is more interested in protecting the reputations of those at the top than saving lives. They’re almost certainly sitting on private messages that are so awful that if released they would finish their political careers. They think they’re above the law and can what do they like. It’s partygate all over again.

But the stakes are too high - we won't stand for it. This past fortnight we have been all over the airwaves putting pressure on the Cabinet Office to hand over the documents and shedding light on this corruption to the wider public. That’s just in the UK, we’ve also been in the New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN and much, much more.

With your support, we will fight Boris Johnson, Rishi Sunak and the Cabinet Office every step of the way until we have the truth about what happened to our loved ones, and are better prepared to protect yours in the future.

The first hearing for the Inquiry is just around the corner, and we have some big plans to make sure that our voices are front and centre of the hearings. We will never stop holding these politicians to account and fighting for justice for our loved ones.

The Cabinet Office is using tax payer's money to protect Rishi Sunak and the government. We rely on donations to fight to protect lives. Please donate if you can to help us, anything you can spare is hugely appreciated.

If it wasn’t for your support this Inquiry wouldn’t be happening, and there would be no chance of these messages ever seeing the light of day. It’s thanks to you that we’ve come this far, and with your help we will continue to fight for justice every step of the way.

With thanks,
