My daughter 4 year old Quinn Ross was a victim of hate crime for being in a wheelchair by a grown adult.

The idea for Quinn’s law is that if we can educate children about hate crime and the consequences it causes the victims of hate crime.

we would like schools to speak to students regarding these types of crimes. That it isn’t a shame to pick up the phone and call the police.
