Whilst many continue to reel from the shock of the Tory victory, the communities on the West Hendon estate, Sweets Way, Dollis Valley and Graham Park - all those estates affected by the Tory regime here in Barnet, continue to organise.
We understand that elections are just a snapshot and that real change happens when people take a stand against injustice, imagine a different future and are willing to fight for it, together.
Every family we prevent from being forced out of Barnet and out of London is a housing victory for all and without our collective action families and communities across Barnet would continue to be torn apart.
We believe that strong communities are the bedrock of real lasting social change and that is exactly what we are building across Barnet and beyond.
Change has never come from those in power and this is why Our West Hendon along with Sweets Way Resists are continuing to apply the much needed pressure on Barnet Council.
We will not rest until we see real change for our communities.
We would love you to join us this Wednesday as we #reclaimbarnet https://www.facebook.com/events/809369532480354/
