Out of the blue two carers namely Nicola Evans and Stacey Duggan fabricated malicious allegations of sexual abuse against us supposedly by our daughter who is mute autistic and has 7q11.23 duplication.
After an awful 6 months and another 2 years legal action on her behalf we received admissions in writing from Carms County Council that no-one could communicate with her and from Dyfed Powys Police that they used first witness (Stacey Duggan) as communicator for her but this was not enough for CPS or Police to take any action against these carers along with a report from Professor Howlin (an expert on Facilitated Communication) proving this.
Dyfed Powys Police ,after investigation by the IPPC, who ignored some evidence were made subject to managerial action after upholding one complaint against the Police - the Detective, Clark Jones John, who ignored guidance , procedures and the Butler Sloss Edict is now Superintendent in Dyfed Powys Police and his Superior retired.
The Care Council also did nothing because the Police had not taken any action.
The GMC accused Dr. Rowan Wilson of Serious Misconduct for failing to carry out a proper assessment but it only appeared on his records for a couple of years, he was not struck off, and he did a training course, so it was all ok?.
The Safeguarding Board was full of the Social Workers who had been involved and so authorised a couple of training sessions and then supposedly it was all ok?. The Director of Social Services Bruce Mclernon still got his gong from the Queen despite his despicable behaviour towards us. Gareth John, the Social Worker who would not even talk to us, became a local Councillor.
After a paper petition to House of Commons by Nia Griffith on our behalf asking for an Independent Review of Dyfed Powys Police , the Chief Constable Mark Collins,(who gave false information to Kit Malthouse) was quickly posted as Police Commissioner to the Virgin Islands .
Even after No further action by Police against us I had to take my daughter back as CCC were not going to give her back.
A whistleblower who reported to Police and CSSIW was ignored and also by the union UNITE and had trouble for a long time in finding work.
AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE SAFEGUARDING! IT IS NOT!
PURELY SELFGUARDING TO COVER UP THIER MISTAKES !
Social Worker Bethan Williams (now Bethan Harvey?) is still working and Anthony Maynard died so thankfully can no longer cause harm to anyone.
So Safeguarding is purely there for self preservation to cover up mistakes and A FEW TRAINING SESSIONS IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT.
iT NEEDS TO BE RADICALLY CHANGED !
