Happy New year to all my supporters or at least a better one hopefully.
While everyone is talking about a kinder more caring public - a gentle reminder that nothing is changing on the Safeguarding Front !
Children are still being forcibly adopted, dying in mental health units, imprisoned in Autistic units where they are medicated to the hilt and have no lives, and safeguarding regulators still covering up abuse.
And where is Victoria Atkins Safeguarding Minister in all this - nowhere to be seen nor The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby - to whom I wrote and have not yet received any reply.
While regulators such as Care Council Wales , CQC and CSIW together with Police, DBS and Safeguarding Boards protecting Local Authorities, Social Workers. Care Providers and Care Homes (in which most have financial interests), there will never be any safeguards.
My sister petition Justice For Carina Abused by Care Workers still working 10 years later proves that Carers can get away with doing terrible deeds.
Even if they are brought to account rarely get more than community service!
YET OUR VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND ADULTS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS ANYONE ELSE AND DESERVE BETTER!
