TODAY: CAMP BAY ROAD AND ACCESS VACATION HEARING (VS0002-21) – County Building at 1:30
Today at the Bonner County Building at 1:30pm there will be a hearing in front of the County Commissioners to vacate a portion of Camp Bay Road, which provides access to Lake Pend Oreille. This land was given to a developer previously and through a judge given back to the public - but - the County is attempting again to vacate the road and give it away so show up and SPEAK UP!

This amendment, if passed, would put a stop to all the zoning increases. This is what we have all been waiting for! WE NEED VOLUME FOR THIS ONE! WE NEED TO SHOW THEM THAT THIS IS WHAT THE MAJORITY OF THE COUNTY WANTS.
Commit to coming to the hearing to hear our presentation and plan to speak in favor of this amendment.
If we can get P & Z on board with our amendment it will be harder to the County Commissioners to ignore it.
But we MUST show them that there is wide spread support across the entire county.
FOLKS this is our key to slowing down this rubber stamping of higher density zone changes.

Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of doubling the density of 714 acres located in Selle Valley. The neighbors and KBCR will be asking for a reconsideration hearing. Getting an attorney involved cost money and so does battling these issues. Get involved and donate to help the cause here.
