Our Group Keep Bonner County Rural now has board members elected, bylaws adopted and we are moving forward along with other groups, to battle the density increases that no one but developers want in Bonner County.

We have teamed up with Project 7B and also Selkirk Conservation Alliance and many individuals.

We a nonpartisan group and don't let anyone, including a county commissioner, tell you different. 

We stand united, right with left, red with blue, natives with newbies, we stand to battle the unwanted growth happening due to the Planning and Zoning, and County Commissioners, not following the Bonner County Code and Comprehensive Plan. 

We are working diligently to find out about all these density increases and plan to appeal some, maybe many of them. This cost MONEY!

A hearing is coming up regarding Selle Valley and the division of over 700 acres will be on the Planning and Zoning board agenda to hear on November 18th .

PLEASE send emails of opposition to: planning@bonnercountyid.gov and in subject line be sure to include Oppose  ZC0028-21.  If allowed, the possibility from Ag-20 to Ag-10 will cause a huge adverse effect on the road traffic, Northside school, neighboring wells and septic, and the neighborhood as a whole.

This zone change is against our Bonner County Revised Code since it does not qualify per 12-211 and is not necessary and WILL cause adversity in the neighborhood in many ways.
