There are a few options for writing to them (all the info is in the document). You can copy and paste the text, but please amend it/personalise it wherever you can =) Also you might have details which I don't have, in which case, change it wherever you need to.

If you know me personally and want to write but need help, *please* just ask me and I'll help you as best as I can =) Hope everyone is able to read it ok, I put it on a pale yellow background and used 'Arial' font for any other dyslexic people, but I know different colour contrasts (and possibly fonts) work differently for different people so I hope it's alright.
