Denied again

Our Social Worker at the Hospital drafted what she termed a “reconsideration”. She was very proud of her work and actually reviewed it with me prior to submission. It sounded logical and well laid out to me. We were denied by these heartless savages again. I’m at a loss and need to find a way to step-up our approach.
