Breana Noojin Nix lost her life on March 2, 2020 in her home in Hayden, Al.  Her husband’s uncle that is a deputy for the local SO worked the scene. Her case has been completely mishandled by the Blount County Sheriff’s Department from day one and all evidence obtained from her home is now completely destroyed. The death certificate states that she died from an accidental OD. Her husband has also collected her life insurance through her employer and moved a woman into their home shortly after Breana’s death. The DA claims that there is no reason to look any further into this case but the investigation is still ongoing and her family has no access to any records that should be public. The husband is the only person that has access to her autopsy report and will not share it with her family. Her family would also like to have copies of any evidence taken from her home.
