Thank You and Spread the Word!

If you've already signed the petition, thanks very much. As of now, the Bloordale Beach Park petition has 555 signatures! 

Perhaps you saw that BlogTO posted something about this petition last week. Also, I talked a bit about this on CBC Radio's Here and Now on Friday afternoon. Both of those things must have helped spread the word about this petition.

If you could also let people know about the petition, that would be great. Perhaps you could post about it on social media, or maybe you'll get into a conversation with friends, family, acquaintances, or strangers and you'll need a great topic of conversation. This petition is clearly what you should be talking about! Maybe you'll need to fill an awkward silence or maybe you'll want to impress people with information that's unexpected, a little bit funny, quite exciting, and also important. All you need to do to is say, "Hey did you hear about the petition to make Bloordale Beach Park the name for the new park going in right by Bloordale Beach?" Tell everyone!
