Holding the Bloomsburg Fair in 2020 is a severe health risk. The fair can put 60-80,000 people in close proximity, at food and attractions stands. Recent events at the Fairgrounds showed little to no social distancing or mask use, among the public or officials. 
The Fair attracts people from far and wide, including states with ever increasing cases and deaths.  Many attendees are older and more likely to have worse outcomes.
