The City Council of Ketchikan has officially passed the Equal Rights amendment to their Municipal Code. This new chapter now makes it illegal to discriminate against someone based on their sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression!!!! The homophobic florist “Heavenly Creations” will now no longer be able to use religion as a guise for homophobia and discrimination!!
