Over the past months, BlockDAG has shared various “global launch” dates, mentioned potential high-profile partnerships, and indicated possible future exchange listings. Some of these announcements appear not to have materialized within the initially indicated timelines, and we have not found official public explanations for the changes or delays.

 

Reported facts and available sources

 

A launch date of August 11 was announced with “global launch release” messaging across several crypto outlets, naming five exchanges (MEXC, LBank, BitMart, Coinstore, XT). On that date, no listing appeared to take place, and no official statement clarifying the situation has been located.

 

The official website shows “Top Exchange Listings Confirmed” with the same five exchanges plus “+15 more Tier 1 and US exchanges,” but without listing dates, tickers, or exchange-side announcements.

 

LBank had previously posted “BDAG will be listed soon” months ago, without specifying a date. Other named exchanges do not display BDAG listing pages or countdowns.

 

Multiple communications referenced an “NBA partnership,” but no official confirmation from any NBA team has been found. Later messaging focused on smaller sports-related deals.

 

Countdown timers on the site have been reset, and wording changed to “AIMING FOR Coinbase, Gemini, Crypto.com,” which appears to indicate an aspiration rather than a confirmed listing.
