Most citizens want only a compatible addition to the iconic hotel that looks like the historic Chateau Laurier. Compatible and distinguishable are possible if an addition is "chateauesque". Let the mayor and your councillors know. 

Report reads in part: "205 individuals have commented on the revised proposal. A total of 167 were opposed, 10  were in support [fewer than 5%] ... As before, most opposition stemmed from concern that the contemporary addition is incompatible with the historic Château Laurier hotel and unsuited to its setting within the Capital."
