700 Signatures: Cause things shall procede as foreseen

Yesterday brought us the 700th signatures for this undertaking - and now we're closing in on the last quarter of this very petition. I drafted a text for the letter that will accompany the petition / signatures when I hand them over. The design for the packaging is also in the making and I must get out my best crafting skills to make this as beautiful as I possibly can.
