150 Signatures: Closing circles

This week the petition hit 150 subscribers. That's still less than I hoped for, but still I'm grateful that I got so much positive feedback from literally all over the globe. The german, the greek and the chilean BG-communities are backing this petition and undergo many efforts to keep the momentum up. I have designed a press release to raise more awareness for our cause. And I'm currently in search of translators to reach out to more people in their mother tongue.
Also this week, especially May 16th brought my thoughts to Ronnie James Dio. I was able to see the grandmaster of heavy metal once. It was in 04 when I visited Wacken Open Air. And I was unworthy standing before him, unable to grasp his full mightieness. Now, 15 years later, I am able to do so - but can't see him live ever again.
Dio with his respective bands released several live albums of which "The last in live" and "Live from Radio City Music Hall" are cornerstones of my consciousness as a music fan. Those albums carry a similar spirit of overwhelming power as the "Imaginations through the looking glass" does. And right here, the circle closes.
Blind Guardian clearly evokes similar feelings in their fans as Dio still does. And I believe that we as fans must forge new opportunities to grind more cornerstones. And that's what this is about.
