Blind Flame, A Flame Point Cat Died Unhelped!

Blind Flame, A Flame Point Cat Died Unhelped!
The Issue
This is Flame. It is a homeless cat gone blind mostly. It is a Flame Point, Siamese, cat.
It lives at a commercial area with other feral cats. It has not been spayed or neutered. We are looking for support from anyone who can offer to get it fixed.
Flame had vision before but slowly it has lost it in a year or so. Though we tried to trap it, it kept evading it to his disadvantage.
Recently, he lost so much weight. We fear it may get hit and die in a tragic way.
Local Tri City Animal Shelter (TCAS) in Fremont was alerted to help it but refused saying Union City Animal Control is to be notified. Union City Animal Control or Services (UCAC) website actually says it does not come for strays or feral cats but it does say it comes for sick or injured strays.
When we requested Kelly Miott to forward our concern about seeking help for Flame to the Union City Animal Control or send us their email, TCAS remained silent refusing to cooperate on that even. Why this woman would not care to offer UCAC's email to cooperate just a little knowing this cat could use some help. She deals with them on almost daily basis. So much to ask this shelter staff for a little cooperation to help such a poor cat needing help we guess.
Union City does not even have its own animal shelter. It takes all animals to TCAS. It makes no sense why could TCAS then not help Flame medically or coordinate with UCAC to help it quickly before it is too late for Flame.
Please share and sign this petition to protest against this indifference of our local animal authorities.
Please help Flame get medical treatment and LIVE. TCAS and UCAC will most likely kill it even if they reluctantly agree to secure it Union City Animal Control website says they take sick cats to clinic. How many sick cats they took to a clinic have made it alive is what we would like to know though. They hardly care to treat any homeless or feral cat devaluing their lives. TCAS even kills healthy cats there.
This is another real latest example of TCAS' Kelly Miott not caring for community animals. Please see our other petition for very sick Victoria that got so bad due to the same type of indifference and neglect of TCAS' Shelter Manager Kelly Miott.
Now she is using a lame excuse asking us to contact UCAC but Victoria is a Fremont cat and she never went to secure it letting it suffer so much. No matter what animal issue we bring to this lady's attention, she is intent on not doing anything about it. Stay tuned for many more such real incidents of Kelly Miott's lack of compassion for animals. She is the epitomy of hypocrisy!
Anyone interested in helping and adopting Flame to be kept as a secured garden cat or indoor cat please contact us before it runs into a mishap.
[We were correct that he desperately needed help. He by now has passed away out there unhelped as his body was discovered by someone who knew him from the colony who confirmed it was him. He was laying dead one day around his colony. See this petition's updates for details.]
Please share and sign this petition. We will be taking TCAS' staff's cruelty to community animals to higher officials including Alameda County District Attorney.
Thank you for your support and Have a safe & wonderful New Year!!
