And no consideration of them being closed be considered until assured supplies of base load electricity 24/7 is available from coal, gas or uranium powered generators. Even if this requires the coal fired generators be compulsory acquired by the relevant Government, in the National interest and to maintain the supply of base load electricity 24/7 that is essential to STOP the Grid from collapsing.

Example: Eastern States 14th February 2025 9.10pm AEDST. Batteries 1%, Biomass 0%, Black Coal 50% Brown Coal 12%, Gas 5%, Hydro 11% Diesel 0% Solar 0%, Wind 21%. 9.10pm a time when Solar has entered 16 hours, ‘bye, byes’ period when it produces nothing Wind is all over the place averaging 21%, but ranging from only 7% in Qld, up to 85% in SA.
To underline the importance of our coal fired generators 14/02/25, 9.10pm AEDST. In NSW coal is producing 75% Wind 8%, Qld coal 75%, wind 7% Vic Brown coal 56%, wind 39%. SA batteries 11%, gas 4%, Wind 85% and Tas 54% hydro, wind 46%.
WITHOUT COAL AUSTRALIA WOULD BE BLACKED OUT.
