Hi Team Members,

A couple of changes to my petition, I have become concerned that like a heart attack, it is far better to stop a blackout from occurring, rather than try to restart after the damage has been done. Particularly as the closed Coal fired Power Stations will take months to recommission and building new ones or nuclear reactors will take many years to come on line. What do we do in the meantime?

With this in mind I have changed the title of my petition to BLACKOUTS WILL BE DEVASTATING! THEY MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS
In the demand to the politicians I have requested that they reconsider the closure of the Coal Fired Power Stations, but if they must be closed, then they are mothballed and not demolished.

I trust these changes meet with your approval. Every time I think about what effect blackouts would have on my situation, I think of new ones and the overall  feeling, I am left with is one of dread.
