UPDATE : School Board Meeting THIS Thursday

As I am sure that quite a few of you know, there is going to be another school board meeting on Thursday, May 12 at 7:30 PM in the high school library. We just wanted to make this update to reach out to anyone who was unaware of this meeting and urge them to come and show just as much support at this meeting as they did at the last meeting. The reason for this being that, since the decision to furlough teachers was tabled last time, the board will be REQUIRED to vote on this issue soon and may do so at Thursday's work session meeting. We urge any/ all of you planning on going to Thursday's meeting to please bring productive ideas to the floor concerning solutions to the district's current financial problem. I know that the timing of this meeting is poor, being the day before prom, but I urge all of you that can.... students, teachers and alumni alike: to please make an appearance at the meeting and show your support to the cause. Thank You
