Hello Friends,

And was hesitant to allow me to post this but as the second collaborator of this petition I felt it was important to show the world what MA is doing to transgender patients who speak up for the rights of other transgender patients.

And currently hospitalized specifically for suicidality with severe suicide attempts including in the hospital. The statistics could not be clearer; transgender people who are assaulted are at an even higher risk of attempting suicide.

The patient that did this to And a few months ago came into And’s room a few days ago and threatened to assault it again. What’s particularly disturbing is that this patient has a history of physically and sexually assaulting other patients in their rooms. 

Can you imagine what this does to someone mentally? Let’s let this motivate us into action. This cannot go on.

Please share share share and let’s get And into a safe location and get Jean’s death investigated so that we can stop these murderous actions by DMH.
