Personally overwhelmed along with millions of fellow metal fans following Ozzy Osbourne’s last concert and shocking passing within the very same month, July of 2025, I began to see how Ozzy’s original July 5th concert title, 'Back to the Beginning' could further unlock, via my creative-phrase update a "Black 2 The Beginning" celebration, a major triple offering for the whole of the heavy-metal music world, further honoring Ozzy Osbourne’s unique talent and dedication globally twice a year and more as follows :

Your Offical Call-To-Metal Action !

First, dedicated to Ozzy Osbourne, the entire month of July should be officially recognized annually as, “World Metal Month”; 
Secondly, each consecutive July 5th (Ozzy’s final concert date) to host a planned annual “Outdoor Ozzy Metalfest’ followed five months later, each December 3rd, (Ozzy Osbourne’s birth month), as “Indoor Ozzy Metalfest”, held indoors, away from 40 degree F. / 4.44 C. outdoor weather in December (bad for high-precision 'metal' guitars) at Birmingham National Indoor Arena (now known as the Utilita Arena Birmingham), both concert events taking place in Birmingham, England, the same city where both Ozzy and his legendary Black Sabbath band were essentially born.

Net proceeds to benefit same-said charities picked by Ozzy for the original show of July 5th, 2025;  i.e., Acorns Children's Hospice, Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity and Cure Parkinson's; event also adding fan-tourism revenue for the city of Birmingham, UK.

Net proceeds to benefit same-said charities picked for original show of July 5th, 2025;  i.e., Acorns Children's Hospice, Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity and Cure Parkinson's,  again, further adding fan-tourism revenue for the city of Birmingham, UK.
