Progress!

Hey everyone! Firstly thank you so much for all of your help and support. We wouldn't have gotten this far without all 2,475 of you (and counting). As I'm sure you are all aware, we have made some progress and partial refunds are now an option for "Ultimate" and "I'll Show You"package holders. YAY! However, we are still unhappy with these offers, especially as Bkstg have now also decided to take away ALL of our merchandise and other package perks, making our packages worth even less - which is not what we asked for, nor do they have any logical reason for doing this!
