BJWSA : Ending Fluoride in Our Drinking Water : A Chemical Waste By-Product
The Issue
The FDA recognizes adding fluoride to public water as a medical treatment for a disease (dental decay).

There's lack of dosage control. Unlike prescribed medications where the dosage is critically important, fluoridation in drinking water provides no ability to control the dosage, leaving individuals exposed to varying levels of fluoride. The internal organs of a person’s body receive fluoride not only through drinking water but also through skin absorption, food, beverages, medications, and cosmetics, increasing total exposure.
Our licensed professional Doctors we choose, should provide us with prescriptions as needed. The Government should stop mass medicating immediately. We the people do not agree to mass medication.
Water fluoridation is implemented by local governments. Councils and commissioners are not doctors and should not be prescribing treatment for the masses.
Water fluoridation is a byproduct, a WASTE PRODUCT, of industry: The chemicals used for water fluoridation are chemical compounds that are byproducts of industry (specifically Fluorosilicic, Hydrofluorosilicic, or Hexafluorosilicic acid) and are classified by the EPA as hazardous waste. These chemicals are identified on Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as toxic substances. Adding these chemicals to our drinking water is not informed consent, and it must end.
There's no ability to opt-out. Citizens are not adequately informed about the potential health risks of fluoride, nor given the opportunity to consent or opt-out.
We the people do not consent to this! We the people do not want our hard earned tax dollars going towards this!
Pro-water fluoridation groups claim fluoride is naturally occurring, which is true; however, the fluoride added to our public drinking water is not naturally occurring. Failure to mention this distinction is an egregious omission.
It is in the best interest of the public and officials to carefully re-examine this policy. With a flip of a switch it can easily be turned off, saving tax payers money, saving their health and the health of their families.
Florida's Law against fluoride simply states, "Prohibits the use of any additive to a public water supply that is not for the explicit purpose of improving water quality."
Utah's Law against fluoride states, No person may add fluoride to a public water system, and no city or county may require or allow it, and a pharmacist may prescribe fluoride supplements directly. A patient does not need a separate prescription from a doctor or dentist. This is how it should be! Doctors prescribing prescriptions - not the government mass medicating not knowing what someone's body burden already is.
Peer reviewed research has proven its toxicity, but still the government continues to poison the water with our tax dollars.

Fluoride is especially toxic to the developing fetuses, as a proven neurotoxin, it goes straight to the tiny brain inside the carrying mother. The brain is developed after just 4 weeks of pregnancy and is poisoned throughout pregnancy.
A person or government should be guilty of an offense if, knowing that the other does not consent to what is being done, he or she intentionally or recklessly administers to or causes to be taken by another a substance which he or she knows to be capable of interfering substantially with the other's bodily functions.
Not only is fluoride neurotoxic it is an enzymatic toxin that inhibits thyroid function by reducing iodine uptake, this causes multiple disorders and also birth defects and could lead to cancer. Year after year more research is coming showing how fluoride is poisonous.
Artificial water fluoridation is a backward and defunct dental practice as you are essentially drinking your mouthwash into your body to help your teeth, have you read the back of your fluoride mouthwash and or toothpaste? It says "Do not swallow".
Our government is insisting we swallow and it is illegal and immoral, it contravenes human rights legislation and also Nuremberg conventions and International Law.
Birth defects, cancer, hypothyroidism, diabetes, obesity, Autism, epilepsy, depression the list goes on and on of the conditions this poison can induce. It is especially toxic to coming generations in mothers' wombs right now.
