We can claim a massive victory with the considerable media coverage of the Bishop's major backdown and media release withdrawing from his intentions regarding an ill-thought memorial (it was only going to be a cheap park bench anyway) and his statement about not removing the ribbons! You are openly invited to attend a simple gathering outside the Cathedral this Sunday 4th at 10:45am where many people will be tieing on more ribbons and we will be releasing a number of balloons in memory of the forever silent victims who unfortunately have suicided since their Childhood Sexual Abuse at Catholic Institutions in Armidale NSW. As a show of support for all victims we will be wearing black as a sign of mourning broken childhood dreams, relationships, families, and lives.
