Considering that the governments of overpopulated countries have not taken effective birth control measures, women and men can make all the difference in preserving our forests. 

Women in overpopulated countries can, for everyone's sake, opt for a tubal ligation during the cesarean delivery of their second child. When opting for a normal birth, men can and should have a vasectomy for the good of all.

This could be law in overpopulated countries. But if there is no mental fitness or will... on the part of people in this sense, the use of endoceptive or contraceptive is a form of respect for others and for all of God's creatures.
