My neighbor has several dogs/puppies  in a ranch style home in a city limit who are hardly let outside and they must pee and poop inside her home somewhere cause you can smell them from the outside. shes trying to receive her kennel license so she'll be legal. right now she is running a unlicensed kennel/hobby breeder. Her windows have some sort of trash bag taped over them so they get no Sun Light. there is a mix breed pup she leaves outside I never see her feed or water it. The police, human society, cps, and dog Warren have been contacted and nothing has been done for the dogs. the odor of dog feces and pee is over whelming in the hot humid heat. Getting  this petition signed is our last chance of not allowing another unfit Kennel. Please help us save these dogs by not letting her get a Kennel license to breed her dogs. Thank You!
