The signatures are piling up....and I'd appreciate comments made on the petition too. Please promote this petition on your own facebook feeds. I heard from one petition signer who lives outside of Walpole that she did not choose to live in Walpole because she didn't want her kids to go through our school system with the "Rebel" issue. She is white, her children are mixed race. Some in Walpole have claimed the "Rebel" keeps blacks from wanting to live in Walpole. Now I know it is working! Defacto segregation....and it makes the town look bad. But those that love it, want that image!
