The Urban Energy Bicycle Collective is a proposed non-profit organization to fund the development of the Wister Woods Mountain Bike Park and hopefully other Bike Parks in the city.

Philadelphia Trail Works is a proposed division in Parks and Rec that would actually build and maintain the Bike Park as well as maintain and build new trails where necessary in the Philadelphia Park system.
