NSW Planning Minister is not happy

Paul Skully the NSW Planning Minister is now closely monitoring North Sydney Councils plan to demolish Kelly Place Child centre which involves NSW Government funding. He stated “council must explain, justify or defend otherwise the $9.6m go elsewhere” and Council has come up with nothing but an $800,000 waterproofing membrane expense? Well that is $7.8 million less than the estimated demolition for a park and no more childcare centre!
Hopefully Paul Skully is as equally displeased by the Councils bike lane plans! Simple additional safety modifications to Yeo St will cost under $1m not $6-7m+.
