Council has now been asked to simulate the new intersection at Yeo St and Wycombe Rd immediately!

Council has been asked to simulate the bike lane infrastructure changes at the intersection of Yeo St and Wycombe Rd and Wycombe Rd and Military Rd. They have about $340k to play with so the most inexpensive way to test the impact is simply putting in water barriers solely in the spots circled. Using the barriers in this trial instead of painted lines  buses and trucks cannot cross into oncoming traffic they must follow the design specifications. Water barriers can be installed very quickly it would take a couple of hours max and we have a cheap and very efficient trial.
