In Supreme court and High Court, the English language is the medium through which lawyers address to the judge but if we go back and rewind that situation then are we known to that language? is that language belong to us?

• Are poor people really getting justice?
• is the judgment given against or in favor of the applicant really understandable to him? 
• in total 5-10% of people know the simple English language, so what about the legal prospect in it? are people known to that?
• Justice has become a reservation,  that is only for those who know the British gifted language. is it right?
• Shouldn't we support our own language in court so that actually the poor people could get justice which is a real democracy? 

I think that we should not speak that language which has been given to us instead we must speak that language that actually belongs to us.
