Dear Friends of Mountain Creek Petition Supporters

As we have been expecting for some time, and as you may already be aware, Pratt has filed an application for a planned unit development (“PUD”) on the Quarry Property. The Chattanooga Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission will meet on January 11, 2021 and discussion of this PUD will be on the agenda.  The PUD includes high density apartments on much of the property and medium density on the rest. There are no R-1 single family homes proposed in this plan.

We continue to represent you and are galvanized against any development that adds more rental units and degrades our property values.  We intend to share the details of this PUD and details of our response and strategy with you very shortly.

Similar to what was done in 2018, we will be requesting participation in meeting attendance and a letter writing campaign to our City Council members. Councilman Chip Henderson remains committed to supporting the will of his constituency.
