Planning Commission Hearing

Please attend the Planning Commission Hearing on Monday, July 9th, 1:00 PM at County Commission Room, 4th Floor. Hamilton County Court House located at 625 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37402 The purpose is Rezoning from C-2 to C-2 with Conditions that included Office Use and Any Uses Consistent with the former C-1 Zoning Uses. This translates into NO APARTMENTS! It is important to show our community support at these meetings. That is what sways the commissioners. In the past we have had 100+ in attendance and was moved to the top of the agenda. Thank you for your support. We still need more signatures. Please share with neighbors and friends.
